Interview with Potential Project founder

Rasmus Hougaard first became involved with Universal Education as a volunteer in 2006. Soon after he founded The Potential Project, developing Corporate-Based Mindfulness Training to take mind-training techniques into the corporate sector. The Potential Project is one of FDCW's three recognised programmes. They have trainers in 18 countries and is the subject of various scientific studies. Clients include Sony, IF Insurance and the Carlsberg Group.

In this interview Rasmus talks about the work of The Potential Project and shares some of the benefits this programme can bring to employees, corporations and the wider world.
