An exciting and engaging journey from the wisdom of the human brain to the heart of compassion

Why learn about neuroscience?

Over the past ten years no other scientific field has shaped our understanding of how we think and act more than neuroscience. Our new course “Discovering the Wisdom of Neuroscience” will take you on a journey from head to heart.

You will learn how the brain functions and interacts with the environment through the senses and how these experiences shape our thoughts and actions. With a deeper understanding of neurological and emotional processes, we can begin to relate to ourselves and others with more compassion and discover more choices to live with intention and purpose.

The course is very well organized and Ceci is a great teacher. To me it is crucial, especially in the secular context, that as facilitators we have a broad knowledge of the scientific part so that we can give accurate information and can integrate in an intelligent and functional way the 16 G and neuroscience. In my opinion, this is key so that participants receive it with an open mind and with the confidence that there is a solid foundation in all aspects of the method.
