Jane is an accredited FDCW facilitator and consultant with an extensive background engaging in anti-discrimination work, she is based in Melbourne, Australia.

From Jane:

With a background in Applied Psychology and twenty years’ experience in facilitation and training in change management, critical thinking and deliberative decision mapping for corporates and legal firms, I recently spent seven years at the Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission.

My project work there included design and delivery of innovative, evidence-based “reflexive” anti-racism workplace training and train-the-trainer materials to address systemic discrimination in federal government-funded service delivery to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

My anti-discrimination work has always primed positive social norms, using the 16 Guidelines. It is a great honour to be accredited by FDCW to deliver workshops specifically and explicitly exploring secular ethics through the 16 Guidelines, allowing us all to develop compassion and wisdom. Never has it been more urgent for humankind to turn the switch from competition to cooperation!

To watch Jane speak about her work with the 16G, check out Alison Murdoch’s session at the Big Love Festival in November 2020, visit the festival main page.
