NEW 16G RESOURCE! - 30 Days of Reflection

30 Days of Reflection with the 16 Guidelines

To celebrate our new resource Conversations that matter, we have created a free 30-day taster of daily reflections inspired by the 16 Guidelines for Life.

Sign up today and receive the daily reflections straight to your inbox.

I have thoroughly enjoyed receiving the [30 Days of Reflection] they are pithy reminders of the essence of the Dharma. While pulling out weeds in the garden I imagined pulling out all the delusions by the root. Even people with very heavy schedules could manage a daily reflection.

Well done whoever came up with this idea. What a great Christmas present it would make.

16G Happy Toolbox for Kids

To celebrate the launch of our latest course 16 Guidelines for Children and Teens, we released a free resource for parents, carers, teachers and anyone working with children called the Happy Toolbox for Kids. The Happy Toolbox contains a selection of mindfulness exercises and an activity idea for each of the 16 Guidelines for Life to playfully explore the Guidelines with children.

Growing with the 16 Guidelines

Growing with the 16 Guidelines is a taster of activities taken from the resource Root Shoot Bloom (RSB) developed by Denise Flora. In 2020 Denise felt inspired to create a resource for educators and anyone working in community gardens to explore the 16 Guidelines with children outside in nature.

Hear Denise speak about Root Shoot Bloom at the Compassion & Wisdom in Action Conference.
