Transformative Mindfulness: Interview with Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw

Based on Universal Education for Compassion and Wisdom principles, Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw has been developing Transformative Mindfulness Methods for over 20 years, most recently in collaboration with the universities of Toronto and Florence. She is the co-author of 16 Guidelines: The Basics and has played a leading role in developing 16 Guidelines activities in Canada. She is also a Board member of The Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom.

In this interview Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw talks about how she developed Transformative Mindfulness, the way it has been used in various settings - particularly therapeutic ones such as hospitals - and also shares her involvement in co-writing the 16 Guidelines book and building a community of facilitators in Canada.
