Tiziana lives in Italy and is an accredited FPMT teacher having completed her Masters in Buddhist Studies at Lama Tzong Khapa Institute in 2013. She is a Building Balanced Empathy and Unlocking Your Potential facilitator and available to offer workshops in English and Italian across Italy.

We all wish to enjoy peace and serenity within us and help other feeling the same. To this end, we need a good, open heart and a clear, discerning mind. While getting in touch with our vulnerability, we can discover our courage and resilience and develop balanced empathy. I am delighted to be able to share the tools included within this course, BBE, in order to walk together the journey towards inner happiness.
