I've been practicing and studying Buddhism since 2001, and have always been drawn to the universality of the teachings and ways to apply them across traditions, both religious and secular. The Universal Education model I think offers a fresh opportunity for us to touch into our natural good human qualities of connection, compassion and love, and I'm grateful to be able to facilitate this process together with others through the Building Balanced Empathy program.
