We face choices every single day. Every thought, word and action we take impacts ourselves and others. A strong framework of inner values and a compassionate attitude can guide us. By understanding more deeply how our mind works, we create some inner space and gain clarity.
The pursuit of happiness is an eternal human instinct. We are very familiar with short-term fixes that seem to provide happiness but quickly fade leaving us feeling empty and propelling us to search for the next quick fix.
